1. Course Enrollment and Payment Terms
Pricing
- The price of the Course displayed on our website at the time of enrollment is the current price.
- Kerk LLC reserves the right to change the Course price at any time without prior notice.
Payment and Refunds
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
- If the Participant cancels within 3 calendar days of payment, a full refund will be issued. After 3 days, payments are non-refundable.
- To request a refund, contact info@maestroskill.com within the specified period. Once the refund is processed, access to the Course materials will be revoked and the Participant’s account deleted.
Access Duration
- Course access is valid for 6 months from the payment date.
- After the 6-month period, access to the Course materials will automatically expire.
2. Eligibility
- The Course is available to individuals 18 years or older.
- By registering, the Participant confirms that they meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- The Participant must provide accurate, up-to-date registration information and update it if necessary.
3. Participation and Conduct
Professional Conduct
- The Participant agrees to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Course.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, harassment, or other inappropriate actions may lead to termination of access without a refund.
User Conduct
- Participants may not engage in any activity that interferes with the functioning of the Course platform or its servers.
- Course materials may not be used for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate others’ rights.
Interactive Features
- Any communication within forums, chats, or discussion boards must follow acceptable conduct standards.
- Kerk LLC reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these standards.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Materials
- All Course content, including videos, documents, presentations, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kerk LLC.
- Participants are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Course materials without prior written consent.
License to Use
- Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes during the access period.
- Login credentials and Course materials may not be shared with third parties.
User-Submitted Content
- By submitting or uploading materials (e.g., comments, photos, videos) to Kerk LLC, the Participant grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such materials in any format and medium.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Course materials are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Kerk LLC does not guarantee that the Course content will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerk LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Course materials or participation in the Course.
7. Modification of Terms
Kerk LLC reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by updating the “Effective Date.” Continued participation in the Course constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, TX, on an individual basis.
- The Participant waives the right to participate in any class action proceedings.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and Kerk LLC regarding the Course and supersedes all prior agreements or communications, written or oral.
